We are on a roll here - what an incredible honor - again - to be published in the pages of some of the industry's most beautiful magazines.

I photographed a dance studio over the weekend - 300 little girls and a few boys - and it was crazy and fun. I cannot believe the amazing personalities that emerge at these photo sessions. Some of the kids get in front of the camera and are thrown into a mesmerized stare, and other children are complete hams - it is so intriguing.

When the day was done, we asked the owner of the dance studio, Miss Kerry, to pose with her daughter Tori, and we created this stunning portrait of mother and daughter dancers. I can't wait to show them.

A week at the Cape

This was sunrise on the beach during a week's stay at The Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster, MA. I attended a huge photography conference, and was lucky enough to study with one of the country's top portrait photographer teams, Susan and Stewart Powers at www.powersphotography.com
